YinYasa + Yoga Nidra

YinYasa is a mix between Yin and Vinysaa. This class is for you who wants to move and create circulation inspired by Vinyasa Flow, but slower. In between gentle dynamic movements guided by breath, we add in longer holds from Yin, to find a grounding sensation and openness to receive. The last 30 minutes you will be guided in Yoga Nidra, yogic sleep. This is a perfect class for those who want to check into the physical body, breath body, mental body, inner wisdom- and bliss body. The class gives you time for self-study (Svadhyaya from the yoga philosophy), so that you can listen to your heart and set your intention (Sankalpa/your heart's greatest desire) for the new year. Wear warm and comfortable clothes and bring a blanket to stay extra comfortable in the Yoga Nidra at the end.

Astrid owns Joy Yoga in Oslo, and has been teaching full time since 2017, in studios, festivals, private classes, retreats etc. She encourages you to find what works for your body, mind and soul on the mat, so that you can show up in the world with more clarity, courage and kindness.
