ASANA LAB - Balancing the Body on the Mat and Beyond (eng)
SATURDAY 11.01. 14.00-16.45
Asana Lab is a creative hands-on workshop designed to optimize movement in yoga.
We will work with the whole body, giving special attention to the shoulders, spine and hips—key areas for strength, mobility and stability. Through targeted “compensation” exercises, posture breakdowns and hands-on adjustments you’ll explore subtle body connections and practical techniques to overcome common challenges on the mat.
Together, we’ll touch on specific poses including Low plank, Side plank, Reversed table pose, Upward facing dog, Revolved triangle pose, Balancing half moon pose and Pigeon pose.
I’ll share interesting facts about the human body—its surprising connections, compensations, and adaptive patterns—to inspire your approach to both yoga and everyday movements. Expect a practical and engaging session with quick insights into anatomy & neurophysiology.
Perfect for all levels, ideal for those seeking to deepen body awareness, improve mobility, and create a balanced and sustainable practice.
