KURS I ISBADING
Er du nysgjerrig på badstukultur og isbading, og har lyst til å prøve ut dette i trygge rammer i et fellesskap. Her du prøvd ut varme og kulde sammen med en liten gruppe likesinnede. Fokus er på pust, avspenning og din bevissthet rundt hva som skjer i kroppen når den blir utsatt for varme og kulde.

RITUALER
Fordyp deg i saunaopplevelsen på Havet! Vi tilbyr 10–20 minutters saunaritualer i Drivhuset fast på fredags- og lørdagskvelder. Ritualet ledsages ofte av musikk, eteriske oljer, vifting og bjørkeris, og bidrar til en dyp følelse av avslapning.
Fredag fra 16:00 og utover.
Lørdag fra 12:00 og utover.
MEMBERSHIP AT HAVET
Membership in HAVET's sauna club offers discounted rates on sauna sessions and private sauna rentals! As a member of our sauna club, you also get a buddy price at the bar and 10 % in the restaurant!
A membership is valid for one year and renews automatically. You can cancel your membership at any time. This membership will also be valid at the saunas at SALT in Oslo (only drop-in)!
Note: Membership is personal and allows you to purchase only one member ticket per sauna session.

In collaboration with the climate and environmental unit, water quality is monitored. Water samples are taken twice a week.
During periods of heavy rainfall, the sewer system may overflow. This applies not only to Nyhavna but to all swimming areas in Trondheim. If the water quality does not meet the standard for good water quality, a notice will be posted at the gangway down to ARK (the sauna raft) and at the gangway down to the public bathing pier with the diving tower.

A ticket for a sauna session includes access to:

Rituals
We offer sauna rituals in Drivhuset on Fridays and Saturdays. Other days (and always included in private saunas) there will be crushed ice with essential oils & Aufguss offered hourly in Drivhuset by one of our sauna masters.
Duration
You can choose to arrive later than your booked start time, but the session will still only last for 2,5 hours from the start time.
Note: Our last sauna session at 8:00 PM (and at 6:00 PM on Sundays) lasts for 2 hours!

As a member of HAVET's sauna club, you only pay 150 NOK for all regular sauna sessions!
A membership costs 1000 NOK (student membership 750 NOK) and lasts for 12 months. This membership will also be valid at the saunas at SALT.

Recommended to bring a padlock during busy hours (Friday and Saturday evenings): to store your belongings in Árdna in case all lockers in changing rooms are taken
Note: It is not allowed to bring your own drinks.
You can also rent a towel at HAVET (50 NOK each).

We do not refund tickets. If you notify us at least two days before your session that you cannot use your tickets, we can reschedule your booking or send you a voucher that you can use at a later date.
RULES: We reserve the right to ask guests who do not comply with the guidelines to leave. Clearly intoxicated guests will be denied entry to saunas, and tickets will not be refunded in such cases.

TERMS OF PURCHASE: By purchasing a ticket to the sauna at HAVET, you agree that you are responsible for your own health and safety when using the sauna and bathing facilities.
SITTING TOGETHER? We cannot guarantee that big groups are able to sit together in the saunas. If you want to be guaranteed to sit together, you can book a private sauna HERE.
AGE LIMIT:
18 years after 18.00 on Fridays and Saturdays in ARK.
18 years after 16.00 on Fridays and Saturdays in ARDNA.
PARKING: Unfortunately, we do not have parking spaces at HAVET. The nearest parking is at Solsiden. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Solsiden to HAVET via Svartlamon.
